I have been playing a myriad of instruments for as long as I can remember. Having worked with little ones for over ten years, I love bringing communities together through music. A creative at heart, I am also an artist and a writer. In my free time you can find me out in nature, cozied up at home, spending time with the people I love, or more likely studying, as I pursue a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology, focusing on developmental psychology and embodiment for all ages.

I am also a trauma sensitive life coach, helping people of all ages, including parents.
